To provide our customers the best product, we draw from a vast experience in this industry to optimize our production. In order to find the better balance of all necessary properties of resins to meet the various needs of different customers, we established a study cooperation with China Institute of Chemical Technology in the field dealing with of resin's properties and applications. With an on-site analysis lab at the plant in Nanjing and an application lab located at our Shanghai office, we have invited resin experts to help guide our operation, enabling us to provide completed technical support to customers. To ensure continuous improvement, we are also planning to set up a communication platform to receive customer feedback.
